In the paper, a topology based on switched-capacitor (SC) with seven-level (7L) has been proposed lower count of devices. The proposed boost topology uses 12 switching devices and 2 capacitors to produce a 7L voltage with triple voltage gain (3G). The suggested 7L-TVG-BI topology achieves a high voltage gain as the input voltage can be up to 3 with a reduction of blocking voltage of switches. The assessment with similar state-of-art topologies in terms of device count and voltage parameters are discussed in detail. The performance of the suggested 7L-TVG-BI topology is validated through the simulation and experimental results with multiple real-time operating environments using the fundamental frequency modulation technique.
